Terms of sale

Last updated 9 Oct 2026

These terms apply when you buy from the Atsume website. Please read them with our shipping and returns pages.

Who you are buying from

The seller is Atsume, ABN 57 880 380 382. Contact: hello@atsume.com.au.

Prices

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
  • GST is not charged: we are not registered for GST.
  • Shipping is shown in your cart before you go to checkout, and the checkout shows the full total before you pay. See shipping.

What you are buying

  • Single cards are graded by us to our condition guide: Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played or Heavily Played. The condition you choose is the condition you receive.
  • Graded slabs are sold as graded by the grading company named on the listing, with its grade and cert number. The grade is that company's opinion. We do not regrade slabs. You can check the cert number on the grader's website before you buy.
  • Sealed product is sold factory sealed, with the contents listed on the product page.
  • Where a listing shows a catalogue image rather than a photo of the actual item, the listed condition, grade or contents describe what you receive.

Ordering and payment

  • You pay on Stripe's secure checkout page. Your order is confirmed when your payment goes through, and you are then shown an order confirmation page.
  • While you are on the checkout page, the items in your order are held for you for 30 minutes. If the checkout is not finished in that time, the items are released for other customers.
  • If an item sells out while you are checking out, we will tell you before you pay, or refund you in full if it has already been paid for.
  • For limited releases we may limit how many of an item one customer can buy. Any limit is shown on the listing.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they are posted.

We do not offer change-of-mind returns once an order has arrived. See returns and refunds.

Pre-orders

A pre-order is paid for now and posted when the product is released. Release dates are set by the publisher or maker and can move. If a release is delayed you can ask for a full refund, and if we cannot supply your pre-order you will be refunded in full. See pre-orders on the returns page.

Your rights

Our goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those rights. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, see returns and refunds.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. This does not take away the protection of the consumer laws where you live, and you can still contact the consumer protection agency in your own state or territory if we cannot sort out a problem together.
